Bislang sind primordiale Schwarze Löcher nur theoretisch beschrieben und es ist unklar, ob sie wirklich existieren. Die Forscher schlagen vor, in sehr alten Felsen, altem Glas oder festen Strukturen in sehr alten Gebäuden nach solchen Tunneln zu suchen. 🔍

During its decommissioning phase in 2025, Gaia's apparent magnitude will brighten to about 15 mag, and ESA is asking amateur astronomers to submit photometry of Gaia taken through various filters, where available.

#Comet (Centaur) *29P/Schwassmann-
Wachmann 1* orbits the Sun between Jupiter and Saturn at around 6 au (~900 million km, see below). A new paper by Pereira et al. has now constrained its orbit to an accuracy of 260 km! Isn't that incredible?
