“Climate change and climate anxiety was the No.1 topic. The stress and helplessness people felt was real. We’re being handed a crisis we didn’t create, but we’re expected to solve it.”

Thank you very much Deb ❤️
Thank you so much Cathie 🙏
Thank you so much.
Thanks Sharon. Drop me a note in the new year if you like.
I think a lot about the despair of these times. The antidote, for me, is to concentrate on doing good and kind things, with intention, no matter how small. If enough people do this, we will come out the right side x
Very kind words Sharon. I don't see it that way, just able to do something so that's what should happen.
Thanks so much for your support Mike 🙏

Could NYT assemble a panel of genocide scholars, international law experts and Palestinians to debunk Israel’s excuses for obliterating Gaza?
After Trump's announcement about tylenol and autism, the NYT assembled a panel of experts, including an autistic person and a parent or an autistic person, to assess and debunk the claims.

It's a good model. I'd like to see them use it more often on more topics.

Currently wish there was a nation-wide campaign to saturate Labor caucus with intense pressure to stand and call for the safe passage of the Australian citizens in the Flotilla.
There was exceptional community organising in the US to fight off Trvmp’s reelection after his first term. Resources, campaigns, precedents. Very dense at grassroots level. And easy to engage with, opt for 3 or 6 5-minute actions a week, for example. It was built to scale up easily.
What a lot of meaningless bluster from this guy.
Is that the same mindset that accounted for him ordering drone strikes on family gatherings across the Middle East?
I haven’t had to make that link before in real terms but yes, here we are.
I certainly do. And I remember her indolence when people raised questions about it.
And not for the first time. Every time. Every single time.
