I agree 100% about boycotting. It worked with Kimmel. Here in Flor-i-duh we are now organizing to boycott Publix & other stores that are now allowing open carry.

Trump is upfront in saying he will use the shutdown to punish Democrats, and here are the receipts. About $27.2 billion cut from Dem districts compared to about $0.7 billion in GOP districts.

ICE arrested comedian Robby Roadsteamer for singing a parody of Rod Stewart’s “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy” in a Jeffrey Epstein the Giraffe costume outside their facility.

He sings “If you hate brown people / and you are a Nazi” and ICE thugs grab him and drag him into detention. No violence—just speech.

1 of 2) Actually we can. Laughtivism is twice as likely to oust a dictator as violence. When people laugh they lose their fear and authoritarians depend on fear to rule. Follow @hcrichardson.bsky.social and @jbf1755.bsky.social, historians who are talking about it lately as being critical for us.

I'm waiting to see what's going to happen here politically. It doesn't seem like a good time to make a commitment to an animal, I believe that those are for life. But I do so need a dog. I've loved living with birds for many years but dogs occupy a different space in our lives.

I am sooooooo ready. I've been dog sitting since Cookie died. My friend gifted me an unwanted beautiful little girl, Lily, a few months ago & I fell head over heels within a week. After about two weeks she attacked my little Cockatiel that I've had for 18 years, so she had to go. It broke my heart.

I think this song is actually harmful because it repeatedly refers to the frog as Antifa. We need to educate people that Antifa is NOT an organization but an ideology to be opposed to fascism. The singer/songwriter missed the point.
