The constitution was always supposed to be a “living document” for that very reason but the two organization I named believe in their interpretation of an amber version. I agree there should be more amendments and the second bill of rights that was proposed by FDR would be a fantastic start.

The founding fathers didn’t consider organizations like the heritage foundation or federalist society doing backdoor deals FOR DECADES in order to assume control through puppets elected or appointed. It was the long game that is starting to pay off for them. It’s our job to make sure it doesn’t.

They're using the confinement box, one of the most horrific methods of CIA torture in the post-9/11 black sites, against migrants now. This is the direct result of the lack of consequences for the architects of the torture program. Either there will be criminal penalties for this or it will expand.
