正直、入院してみて食べられないものが多すぎて、かなりショックを受けました💦普段なら気にせず食べてた物がほぼ全部NGで、「じゃあ何食べればいいの…」ってなりました😂
でも最近は薄味にも慣れてきて、「これはこれで悪くないな」って思うようになってます😂
無理せず回復に向けてやっていきます！
