Halsin fell first, definitely. A man knows exactly what he wants and when he starts wanting it. Meanwhile Leondorr can’t wrap his head around his own feelings. He hesitated, even ran away when Hal was pouring his heart out. However Leon ended up fell harder.

(2/2) It’s like they will always be with him after death. When Leon first caught feeling for Halsin, he eyed the druid’s arms in a weird way. Realizing it’s the Urge, he snapped out of it. Thank gods after defying Bhaal, Leondorr also lost the appetite for flesh.

(1/2) Durges are canonly cannibalists. For Leondorr it’s sacred and ceremonial. Unless Father demands differently, he only consumed victims that he likes (like his parents, some are lovers). Sometimes it’s flesh, sometimes heart or intestines, always cooked and served respectfully.

Leondorr would respectfully decline. He’s definitely not the hero type, he doesn’t want to “serve” the realm or anyone else. He’s lost over 30 years of his life fighting for some God, now Leon’s tired, and he wanted to rest. I think Jaheira already knows the answer, but she asked just to make sure.
