My husband takes these every day. 1 is Xarelto (blood thinner) and the other is Rosuvuxstatin. I think most people taking these drugs would be older and would have a hard time telling the difference between these two pills. At the very least the blood thinner could be a bolder color?

According to Merriam-Webster, a concentration camp is "a place where large numbers of people, especially political prisoners or members of persecuted minorities, are deliberately imprisoned in a relatively small area with inadequate facilities". So, yes, ICE facilities fit the description.
