One thing I have not tried and might work would be to treat stream like a live "Let's play" show or reading and commenting on stuff.

But then... if I'm not interacting with audience, why not make a video? Why are we pushed into lives that are both taxing & dangerous to creators?

Twitch: you get 0 viewers or you get haterraids, traumadumpers, stalkers, horny minors pretending to be adults

Youtube: you always get viewers and they will send hate or explicit sexual comments or come spread political propaganda in languages you don't speak (bots maybe idk?)

Red Hat told 404 Media it's aware of the breach. The list of clients potentially affected include the US Navy, Congress, Walmart, and several telecoms.

I say "fairly short and easy to read" as compared to 400+ page history books lol.

Emotionally, not as easy read, and I do urge you to pace yourself and talk or write your feelings out while reading. Especially if you are very empathetic person.

I do recommend reading them in that order.

The latter hits much harder after you knew the stories of the people doing the cruelty, while Frankl's book ends in a high note so you will end your reading journey in a better headspace.
