I wouldn’t even say that. I think the SEC just have more good teams bunched up near the top. I think the teams occupying the top of the Big XI and ACC would certainly be in the mix atop the SEC in that rock fight.
Would you say the top teams there are better than top teams other places but the drop off is larger than other conferences?

The SEC is both the best conference in CFB and overrated. I know that sounds confusing… but the perception of it, to me, is pretty inflated from the reality.
