Yup, and I think this is actually a terrible PR thing, since very few people have positive emotional ties to a hospital system. Everybody hates American health care!
Arguably Hospital systems are the most visibility arm of Public universities other than athletics, at least in Michigan. Michigan Health is the largest and best network in the state, and its funding is likely at risk.

Hearing from multiple industry people I trust that several D1 schools are having SERIOUS internals talks about reclassifying out of D1 before July/House. Mostly but not exclusively in the northeast. I’d be a little surprised if nobody ends up doing it.

Instant classic brewing at Clune Arena where 1-15 Fresno State and 0-15 Air Force are going to overtime. It's the worst combined record for a conference game this late in the season since 0-16 Buffalo played 1-15 Northern Illinois in 1999.

You probably saw the Big 12 craziness and the Vols and Hawgs making statements, but there was a lot more WTF moments from this weekend.

My fave? SDSU dropped a 20-0 run on Wyoming - only to have Wyo made 8 FTs in 2.8 seconds!
