Man, it's actually crazy seeing PLZA actively criticize the status quo of Lumiose.

Characters struggling with hopelessness, worrying about making rent, wondering if their leaders are properly taking care of them— it's a politically aware game, without a doubt.

—constant calls. The flat-textured buildings are really *really* glaring, and I bet without a shadow of the doubt it's because they wanted to get it working on the switch 1.

Day 1 Report on PLZA!

Upsides: Lovely, charming game. The character animations are wonderful, and the writing has been a joy so far. Loving the combat mechanics especially, an absolute highlight.

Downsides: The hand-holding & invisible walls are annoying, especially the— (1/2)
