… character design for Rose’s show, he pitched a pilot short to Cartoon Network, “Kenny and the Chimp,” which was rejected, he then pitched a reworked version of the pilot again as “Codename: Kids Next Door”. Pepper Ann did not directly influence either, but rather had select talent involved

1. The “Amphibia” creator said the design was *influenced* by Pepper Ann, and she cameos in the penultimate episode as a nod to that
