Nothing lasts forever and I think it’s wise to move her on if she is only going to deteriorate sitting in a shed, getting little use. It does feel strange though as HubNut is now almost synonymous with TWC.

Initially I was put off by the looks, but when I drove one it immediately became my favourite EV. Absolutely love the way they drive and the solidness of the switches.

Fills me with joy to read this; I remember arguing with my dad in the mid ‘80s that The Smiths would be as revered in 20 years’ time as The Beatles were then. He thought The Smiths were rubbish and still does, but to me they are one of the most important bands of all time.

Very thorough review. It still sounds like a lot of money, but when I consider it is Sportage sized, it’s probably cheap in comparison to its rivals. It somehow looks smaller… must be that celestial tiger face 😏

To be clear: deportations to increase cultural homogeneity is the text book definition of ethnic cleansing. Demands that come even close to this are so far outside any democratic norm and the rule of law. What has happened to a country when this is not condemned in the strongest possible terms?

If you ever have any dealings with the DVLA. They only take cheques (and postal orders tbf) and they only accept actual prints as photographs… it’s like stepping back in time, apart from the customer service; that’s 2025 levels of poor.

Gu’s news… although my car has been mechanically perfect over the Summer, he has been bodily… well, not entirely complete. Unobtainium part located in San Francisco, kindly delivered to Heathrow for me and now firmly resprayed and fixed in place. Whole again… for now 😃

I was in the first year to sit them (1988), but as no one understood them, I always referred to my B and Cs as O levels (I didn’t get any As at the time, I chose to wait until education started costing me before I applied myself and resat them. I have no A levels, but I do have a degree 😃)

The ones here just love the fresh soil. They’ll dig up a bulb, maybe run with it in their mouth to impress the others, “Look what I got!” and then discard it. Mindless vandals and they don’t give a stuff!
