1 1/2 oz Rum of choice (We used Bumbu)
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz Cranberry Chai Syrup
Mix all ingredients with ice, shake and pour into a coup.

Although it's an added monthly expense ($200 mo, $500 deductible) for pet insurance, it sure does come in handy when you take Gus for a yearly check up and it's $917! Not to mention his monthly meds cost us around 200 a month as well. They pay 90% after deductible which is awesome.

I always take pics of any tiki, speakeasy or dive bar we visit and save them if they're worth remembering. I must have missed some because this list doesn't seem long enough. Frankie's in Vegas wasn't worth taking photos or remembering. We can say we did it.

If we had this vaccine when I was younger before exposure, it could have prevented me from getting cancer.

Everything on that menu is a must, except green bean casserole. Yuck. If I had to get rid of another it would be mack and cheese. Never seemed like a holiday side to me.

Sa Wicked: For Good and it was everything I had hoped it would be. Such an amazing ending to one of the best musicals. So sad it all had to come to an end.

My BP at my appointment was 100/52. I worked hard for that result. Kept my sodium intake to below 1500mg a day. Take a look at any boxed, frozen, processed or canned food and you can see how easily it is to consume 2 to 3 times that. It’s weird. I don’t miss salt anymore. Sugar on the other hand.
