He wasn't scheduled when we were there doing all of our tours, but we were told he was in and out for various meetings due to the Jubilee preparations and that it was possible we might see him, but we never did.

This is a really cool story. What's more baffling for me is that just a couple weeks ago we hung our for an hour in St Peters Square shown below, then St Peters Basilica and the Vatican for another 4 hours.

I can still recite all of my family’s home numbers, plus our old family phone, Steven’s cell, few others. My dad always said to memorize important numbers to know them when needed.

If anyone needs me I will be in the museum, lying down next to the bog bodies.
Did people really memorize phone numbers before cell phones, or is that just a movie thing?
2? Questions
I was watching some old shows from the 90s and noticed people would just dial numbers from memory - like they'd call their friends or family without looking anything up.
Made me wonder if that was actually normal back then? Did people genuinely have all their important numbers memorized, or did most folks keep a little address book or written list nearby?

Just got out of Tron: Ares. Not sure why there’s some negative reviews out there. The movie wasn’t perfect, but it was so damn entertaining. It was sleek and visually stunning and that fucking NIN sound track is so good! If you’re a fan of the series, you’ll love it

While in Italy, I fell in love with an Italicus Spritz. Citrus and herbal.

We learned that while in Italy, most tourists don’t wear casual gym shorts and T-shirts. So we each took nice shirts and casual pants (not jeans) to wear each day while touring. Usually a different shirt after a long day of sweating for night. Just picked up $300 in dry cleaning. That stung. 😂

I love my progressives although they take a while to get used to. I also got a pair of computer progressives so I don’t have to lean my head back to look at my computer. Changed my life. 🤣

Thanks! I'm trying it but every time I try and transfer, it fails. I'm at a loss other than slowly uploading old photos.

I've been using Flickr for 20 yrs. Every trip/experience we've had is uploaded there. Mainly use it as a way to share with others. I've been trying for a week to upload our Italy photos and absolutely nothing works. Error's all over the place. Frustrated. I don't want to start over somewhere else.

Check out House of Guinness on Netflix. Such a great show. Hope it gets renewed.

So let me get this straight, if you have an opinion about an album that isn't anything but saying it's outstanding, you should keep your mouth shut. I can't with Swifties anymore.
