Before I could go full time I wore lots of gender neutral tops in slightly femme colors. Depending on your body type, there are designs and brands of clothing (not usually sold in department stores) that are explicitly gender neutral. They're usually more boutique / high end though.

It's something that separates experienced trans femme people from new ones: they dress like actual women their age in clothes that fit their body and not what they wanted to wear when they were teens. The Amazon skirt is fine at home, but not in public. It isn't transphobic, it's just being an adult

I want to echo what cargo says. Wear what women of your ethnicity, class, weight & age are wearing. Lots of trans femme people jump straight to pretty dresses but they're not appropriate often & most newly presenting trans women do not have body shapes that pass in those dresses. Clothes have to fit

It is a deep form of grief that comes from the struggle of being years into your transition and continuing to be too poor to afford the care that you need. It is easy to tear down people or be consumed with envy but that is no way to live. But it also costs $$$$ to come back from that darkness too.

I just had a bowl of Frankenberry cereal for the first time in my life and I don't regret waiting. Very bottom tier cereal in general. A cereal for people with a bland palate. "D" tier at best. Boo Berry is "A" Tier and Count Chocula is "S" Tier.
