I'm sorry, but if you think davrin's story is just about bonding w/assan & learning more about griffons, then you weren't paying attention beyond that. his story has him grappling w/surviors guilt & accepting change for himself later in life. assan is just a mirror for him to see himself-

- cameos from others, Zevran, Josephine, Fenris all would of been amazing
- Sollavellan epilogue/angsty dialogue
- just an epilogue in general, like what happened to my team, my romance?

Things I wish we could of had in veilguard:
- more romance content across the board
- some customization options for armor
- more politics as its a central aspect of previous dragon age games
- more honesty on the more morally grey factions like crows
- more fleshed out villains for companions 1/?

Still baffled that Davrin was highly devalued as a companion. He is so wonderful with a great story/romance, and while Assan is a great cherry on top, It’s super racially insensitive of Epler to have said such a thing. Glad he apologized but still isn’t okay. Not to the people affected.

I feel the urge to post my favorite Dragon Age art again because I added some essential details that I felt were lacking (Assan and Manfred 🥺)
