I can’t believe we’re at a point in the world where standing up against genocide has become a bad thing/comes with so many repercussions.

I get not wanting to “speak up” against what you’re not an expert at, but at the very least acknowledging we’re witnessing genocide is the bare minimum come on

Pillows - Gator Days

Fern brings a pillow into Ember's room but questions if she really needs it.

Fern: Sweetheart, don't you think you have enough pillows?

Ember is in bed and surrounded by pillows of various shapes and sizes. There are also some toys spread around. There's probably snacks hidden somewhere in there too. There aren't any weapons but it wouldn't surprise me if there were some. Ember is prepared for anything.

The Oatmeal Incident (Part 2) - Gator Days
