The key is to sweat the hell out of the onions, bell pepper, and hot links. I did not want to make a roux, but since I had parts of the Cajun holy trinity, I leaned in. The squash still tastes like sqaush, but the sweet potatoes soaked up all the umami.

I wish I could go back in time. 2013 specifically, 2015 especially. I would tell myself all the ways to preserve my joy so I could still write.

*butternut squash
*white onions
*red chiles
*red bell pepper

Generic canjun seasoning, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt (sprinkled over the veg as I chopped all the things), seasoned salt, pepper, and cumin.

Most importantly, there are sweet potatoes. (4 left.)

I likely won't be able to recreate this meal, but it is delish. Cajun inspired.

Soups were the answer.

It's really wild watching the whole Prince Andrew thing play out.

Instead of this whole tap and dance, they could simply turn over any evidence they have to the police.

Every part of their lives has been recorded for historical record. Every part has a witness.
