It's always the case...you look at that archive USB drive you bought and think, "I really should put that in the cloud." Two years later you turn it on to do just that and there is no filesystem on it.

There are an estimated 5x more Honda Transalps turning up second hand in Germany that there are VStrom 800s. That says a lot IMO. I don't think the Transalp has enough character to be a keeper. That's saying a lot because the Vstrom was never the lead character in this segment. #motosky

Vstrom 800 DE has clearly done a tour already but I'll take a closer look. Currently up for €9500 with luggage. A little too high for a 2023 with 16k km under its belt?

Those YouTubers who do the single-person, multi-angle continuity thing; I just can't watch them any more. Knowing that they run back and move the cam means there will never be continuity for me.

I'm torn between a lightweight, low-power adventure bike and something more sporty for the 10000 km tour.
I'll be looking at the NX500 this morning. KLE 500 at #Intermot next week but the Suzuki V-Strom 650 XT is still taking top spot.

Pixel 9 upgrade from Pixel 6:
The Pixel 6 is still going strong, over 4 yrs after launch.
The big issue for me was a decrease in cam quality. Scratches, dust or plastic degradation?
Desktop mode cool on the 9. Love the smaller design. Brighter screen great for old eyes.
