I wanna practice drawing realistic portraits in graphite. It’s honestly one of my worst spots with anatomy at the moment aside from wrists and ankles.

I ran over a nail and while getting my oil changed today they were like did you know about this.

I need new tires anyway so I did not let them patch it. That $25 can go towards new ones.

My only experience staining and painting wood has been my internship in community theater this summer.

They are my hype squad high-key and I went to them for their literal expert advice before starting my diy. They gave me some good tips.

So I’m going in with unwarranted confidence for a diy.

I live in a townhouse so this is all being done in my limited cement patio space.

Saying that I will have to spot scrub the cement afterwards to minimize the chemical runoff.

I’ve secured a much better location to do the rest of the table top at.

tbh imo "tag your shit properly" is a way better system than anything else social media has tried. you tagged it bad? okay now there's trouble. otherwise? nobody's gonna stumble across it accidentally. hate that people (and platforms, and payment processors) are weaponizing it against creators
