Yep and we can’t really say if he would have physically cheated if she would’ve gone along, he was certainly willing to flirt with the line but I feel like as much as people might place their own line somewhere different than he did he had an idea of what it was and made a point not to cross it 🤷‍♀️

Yeah it’s def projection. This is apparently a hot take but I’m kinda not sure what else he was supposed to do in the bb house. You can’t always control your feelings. He shoulda kept his mouth shut ofc but when you’re cut off from the world it’s not like you can do any of “the right things”

I don’t think it’s shittier I think it’s pretty much the same level of shitty. I think sometimes people meet in unideal circumstances and there are obviously less shitty ways to go about it but emotions are complicated and people make mistakes and I don’t think this type of mistake is unforgivable 🤷‍♀️

I’ve also (accidentally, I promise I did not know) been the other woman and seen the relationship get wrecked bc of it and we did not get together bc the cheating was a symptom of what was wrong and an excuse to leave and that’s not a good foundation!

Tbh I think people would be much more likely to forgive it if he “cheated for a reason” (I like this tik tok series American cheating where this guy talks about how we forgive celeb cheating as long as they end up with the affair partner) but like I think our society’s maybe too dramatic about this?

Maybe I’m too blasé about cheating but the time I was cheated on in a long term relationship I was totally prepared to work through it and we did for a bit until my ex decided they’d rather be with the affair partner and today all three of us are better off for it so idk I empathize with all parties
