i take frenzy damage every time i see someone go "well i just use it for the boring stuff". what are you TALKING about? if it's boring or unimportant, why are you putting it in? NPC dialogue is fertile ground for worldbuilding, creating verisimilitude, conveying important information, and hijinks!!
Buy a solo indie dev's game because I want to support them.

Therapy is great because I can now identify that attachment to others works on an irrational, emotional level, and that when I feel like "I want to bite them" it's just something totally irrational that my extremely traumatized brain has associated with love and doesn't need to MAKE sense

My first singing teacher ever told me, 8 years ago, "let's get rid of that silly vibrato thing you do at the end of every sentence" and I have been unable to hear just how many professional singers do the same due to inadequate voice support since ;w;
