The ones depicted are the sun blade (sword), magic shield (+2), dwarven plate armor, cloak of the manta ray.

The character has more but if they were all included, he'd look more like a pack mule.

Terry Pratchett had a great book ( "Carpe Juggulum" ) wherein the Vampires had decided the old weaknesses were simply a ... state of mind, and worked to overcome them.

Slowly increasing exposure to garlic, sunlight, etc in order to build resistance and eventually immunity.
