"WE CAN'T GOVERN AND THAT'S WHY PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO VOTE FOR US!”
Still less than the Loch Ness Monster
60 minutes blir söndagsintervju?
When I read the full transcript of the interview, I realized there had been no pushback, no corrections, no challenging follow-ups. The entire interview had been an open-ended opportunity for Trump to tell rambling lies, only to have them cleaned up into a more polished product.

Also significant:
he doesn't give a f**k.
Never has.
And now, having escaped all consequences for everything, he can confidently rub it in our faces.
"Yeah, I just sign what they give me. Who cares, anyway? What are you gonna do about it?"
She could just put this between the cushions
There is no plan.

Not even concepts of a plan.
The world has to be at war, before anyone can negotiate world peace.

Cancelled after they cancelled Colbert. If Netflix goes MAGA, I’ll have to start getting out more.
As a Swede, it's always interesting to find out mor about exactly how America is destroying itself from within and the people behind it.

One thing that really sets the US apart from the rest of the world, is that politicians are allowed to choose their voters.
“I’m sure you’re aware of our connections with the Trump Administration,” the North Carolina Republican Party's communications director wrote in an email response to us. “I would strongly suggest dropping this story.”

We didn't. Read the story that he wanted dropped:

Haha, det där är faktiskt en riktigt charmig formulering — och dessutom något många läsare nog kan relatera till. Du har fångat en bra ton: mänsklig, självironisk och varm.
No, that's the Germans screaming at you to put. The phone. Down.
Survive until the next vote, and make sure it's not for someone that does that to you.
Your words are pretty vague, but your ideas seem concrete.
Miller: Democrats won't vote it through. We should go for the nuclear option.
Rubio: We need to run it through tests [note: polling, etc] first.

Later:

Trump: we will do some nuclear testing.
Stories of black women gangs. Ruling the overworld. Importing migrant caravans from Honduras.
I didn't see it at first. I thought the right had a vision and wanted to let them have a go. I stopped voting for them a long time ago now, because not supporting those in need creates division. Opening the door for the far right.
My apologies. It was lazy of me to only read the review and not bother to check who wrote it.

And thank you for pointing it out.
After reading that, I get a sense of a reviewer _finally_ getting to vent his frustration with the series.

With Cavill's fans no longer blocking that path, an assault on the series' weaknesses comes with little risk.
Now we're way behind on maintaining a system that was built decades ago and is slowly breaking down. Railways, power grid, etc.

Also there's nothing saying that much of the growth wouldn't have happen without lowering taxes. And then we'd really have money for getting stuff done...
The emphasis is on "yet".

The billionaires are just a symptom of a bigger problem. The idea that less tax will bring in more tax revenue "because expanding economy" might've been a good idea on paper, but the extra money that growth created was used to (you guessed it...) cut taxes. Aaand repeat.
