BC Ferries is a lightning rod. But it can't be easy to run an operation with so many routes, ships, personnel, a lot of aging equipment and challenging weather. And when you read stories like this, it shows that this is an organization with a heart, as well. vancouversun.com/news/kindnes...

Opinion: A very late night at Langdale ferry terminal turns into something special for passengers and crew alike.

Wow. Global BC loves giving NIMBYs a platform. I guess it's too hard for reporters to track down people who need places to live and would benefit from new developments.

#Debate2025 To me, debates are an opportunity for the leaders to show how they would act as PM. Lack of respect by interrupting and talking over people says something about you.

If we want to really address our housing crisis, this is one of the many nuts we need to crack. Another great video by Uytae Lee.
I’m excited to share my latest video with Urbanarium, "Why It's So Hard to Mass-Produce Housing." Factory-built housing is a promising idea in theory, but it turns out to be a very complicated endeavor in practice—here’s why: youtu.be/26iVJfiDgP0?...

I penned this op-ed in Real Estate Magazine, and reading the comments section, I don't know whether to get angry or laugh.

OPINION: Climate change is not a “future thing”—it’s already impacting the real estate sector
As the impact of wildfires and other natural disasters grows, so does the responsibility of Realtors in navigating the risks.

CASABLANCA was released 82 years ago this week. One of the biggest and most iconic films to ever come out of Hollywood, the story behind the scenes is like the beginning of a beautiful friendship…

We were thinking about spending our Fall 2025 vacation on a Southern U. S. road trip. We've decided to reconsider our plans, and will likely opt for Mexico instead.

Turns out that when you invest billions in a transit system designed to get people to and from work in the downtown core, using it on off-peak hours and weekends for special events also works quite well. Who'da thought?

We're now in a month that starts with D, it's gorgeous weather, and it's a weekend. Everything is aligned for the lights to go up today.

I'm not sure of the budgets (they must be considerable, given the national exposure), but I'm wondering what the taxpayers of these conservative-led provinces think about these high-rotation propoganda ads crowing "Scrap the Cap", and "Look how great we are in Ontario".
