Cardiff council do have a reporting system on their app. However as as a user you have to distinguish what is the responsibility of the council or the police, which is not easy and deters people from reporting.

A former railway line, now part of the National Cycle Network. At least 40 of the 53 miles I cycled were former railway lines. They would have made a difference in today’s world, but there was no foresight with the Beeching cuts. #Blackwood #wales.

Nothing changes. This scene has been played out so many times. Suffragettes, LGBT, Black & Ethnic minorities, miners, CND and many more. Meanwhile there is gun crime, drugs destroying communities, burglaries that are no longer investigated. Here is your crime reference number.
