CAR-OPTIONAL LIVING should be a HUMAN RIGHT. Everywhere. Everyone under 16, many over 16 with disabilities, others, do not drive.
SAFE walking, cycling, transit, citywide: a basic right.

There is a direct connection between the actual large wave of Jewish refugees who came to Britain in the 1890s, fleeing pogroms and discrimination in Tsarist Russia, and the fact that so few Jewish refugees were admitted in the 1930s.

Britain passed the Aliens Act 1905 to keep most other Jews out.
