GOPpers sure love vouchers.

For schools (leading to crappy ed systems).

For healthcare (leading to crappy healthcare system).

Voucher addiction.
When a politician says: we’ll deregulate health insurance and send you a “freedom account” check, ask: freedom to buy what? If insurers don’t offer real policies or can cherry-pick only healthy people, that money is a coupon for a store that’s not open.

AI-enabled NIMBYism has come to clean energy deployment. Virtually all the examples mentioned in this piece are wind, solar and transmission projects. 💡🔌

Also, catto countries cook their numbers. Take a few bucks to ask a doc to alter cause (stigma, sin etc etc).
Also "suicide rate" is a pretty absurd measure for economic data?

Like the Nordic countries have very high suicide rates, but are both properous and equitable.

(And shouldn't use rare behaviors in general)

One must admire the capacity of the anglosphere to set the tone and the priority in urban research.

If you search for low-traffic neighborhoods, you find 100s of articles on the most disparate related topics.

If you search ZTL or limited traffic areas or zones: 🥱

You had me at ‘… I wish he’d stop’.
Before Witkoff meets with Putin again, I wish he'd stop in Kyiv and meet some mothers who lost their sons & daughters fighting against Putin's invading army on the frontline, or talk with some kids who lost their grandmas in Putin's drone attacks, or meet some warriors without limbs...
