Good morning.

It's been 34 days since Adelita Grijalva was elected by the people of Arizona's seventh congressional district to represent them in Congress.

Mike Johnson still refuses to swear her in.

Minneapolis built more housing than any other major Midwest city & it’s not a mystery why.

They allowed modest density housing types city-wide, cut regressive parking mandates, and made it easier to build apartments near transit.

The results: more homes + slowed rent growth.

So,
1) The Kirk tweet I was criticizing was about Mamdani, not me. But sure, we Muslims look all the same, right?
2) He spells my name wrong.
3) Kirk's murder was bad, that doesn't make his Islamophobia good.
4) Does the VP really have nothing to do all day except... quote-tweet at people like me?

The President just announced he is giving $20 billion of taxpayer money to bail out Argentina. That’s outrageous. If he was willing to spend that money in America - to keep American health premiums from skyrocketing, the shutdown would be over tomorrow.

I'm going to tell you something that Dutch people don't understand:
I get excited EVERY time I see more than three people on a bike.

Today in our rural area:
A woman and three children on a Tern.

LOVE IT!

THAT is an SUV.
Sports utility vehicle.

Someone want to tell Mikey here that 86% of all SNAP benefits go to households that include a child, an elderly person, or a person with disabilities?

Or that almost 40% of SNAP recipients are children?

And that Whites account for 37% of SNAP recipients?

SCOTUS is set to hear a case Nov. 5 on the president's ability to establish tariffs far beyond congressional limitations.

We filed a friend-of-the-court brief today on behalf of leading historians of constitutional law to highlight the importance of checks-and-balances in tariff policy.
