so, in a weird way this is an update on where i am in life but also just some real talk that I hope someone might be able to use themselves. i've learned so much about myself through other people's candid talk about their own health!

my depressive state had become so regulated that I actually miss them during the worst flare ups which is kinda fucked, imo. i don't blame my body for handling it that way though. it's just never something I would have expected to become part of my 'reprograming' but I am hopeful to tackle~

of course, it hasn't been a cure-all! the depressive episodes have lessened along with some of the fatigue that usually comes with it but... i've learned depression has been my go to pain management plan. my chronic pain flare ups are no longer suppressed by the fog and i feel it a lot more now.

i honestly spent most of my life fighting to do the bare minimum, to keep my head above water.
energy management and using it beyond staying a float is something I have never had the luxury of learning because it was beyond my physical means.
now i have to readapt my systems but for the better~
