But can anyone explain this to me: how does a ballroom cost $200-300 BILLION to build? The most expensive skyscrapers in the world cost around $5 Billion. How is a ballroom costing fifty times that amount?

If owners want their team to remain in the Majors, they should have to keep them competitive. Threat of relegation to AAA should put persistently low performing teams on watch.

The #NBA could benefit from relegation as well for its own reasons — resting players and intentional tanking.

Every MLB team has billionaire backing. A salary floor will not be agreed to by owners and a salary cap will not be agreed to by players.

The #Dodgers are my team and they look amazing, but I can see why fans of other teams are upset. The #MLB seems broken.

Favorite are “shadow” versions of my character. Testing myself against my own build is fun.

Least favorite are bullet sponges. If the only thing challenging is that they have a lot of health, it just ends up being a boring grind.

Didn’t start playing TTRPGs until I was in my late 20s in the late 2010s. My first non D&D game was Monster of the Week.

I’m in my mid 30s now and played RPG video games all my life. I think playing TTRPGs made me a better gamer, at least in better understanding the intricacies of leveling.

There are definitely people who overuse #ChatGPT but it is a very useful tool.

One of my favorite things I’ve done with it is creating a simplified version of D&D to play with my almost four year old based on Paw Patrol. It helped me create a great campaign that was easy for him to learn and play.

Agreed, I haven’t finished it yet but I am really enjoying it. I only have two real gripes about it:

1) not a fan of the redesign of the Qunari

2) there is no real way to play as an “evil” Rook

Neither of those are dealbreakers for me. I am super impressed with how it looks and runs.

There is definitely a learning curve. I feel it is probably a lot more difficult to learn for people who haven’t played D&D tabletop before.

#unpopularopinion Dragon Age The Veilguard is fun and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. It’s like a better version of DA2.

I do think Origins is still the series peak and Inquisition was better as well, but Veilguard is not the awful game most of the internet is trying to push. I’d give it a 7.5/10
