I'm usually down for people, food & gaiety on Thanksgiving. I have happy memories of many yrs spent with my large family growing up, then with friends & my family as an adult.
It's been a week, & I just realized it's true adulting to turn down invitations today to hibernate with my critters.

Neck meat was added to the gravy for my Canadian Thanksgivings, yum My best memory is knowing that my grandma actually enjoyed eating neck meat
She had been a farm girl.
