This isn't one of those multivalent words that they can hide behind a less harsh definition. This is specifically ethnic cleansing of non-whites.
A reminder for those who are not aware: "remigration" is the process of deporting all non-white people from a country. It includes citizens and is, by definition, ethnic cleansing.

But at the same time 20 bucks for an uncommon is wild.
