I choose to believe that everyone who is still around tomorrow has been rejected by the rapture. Imagine all of those falsely pious individuals having to answer questions about why they are still here. 😆

Sorry Charlie! If you spouted hate while alive, the system cannot force love on you afterwards. Even if they try.

Mathematics is like being in a dark room and looking for a black cat with a flashlight, and more than happy to give a shout out at all the other really cool things found in that room.

I just cannot let this pass without passing it around! It took me out of a rather deep doomscroll.

It’s just pure human joy!!!
This made my day!!! I love seeing people get creative. Who says life can’t be spontaneous like a musical?

Random number generators on a computer cannot produce random numbers. Computers suck at such basic human concepts like randomness, making zero, and solving mathematical models. When computers finally attain imagination, THEN maybe they can compete on these front with us.

I identify with Jungleland down to my core. To this day, I can sing Clarence's sax solo down to the note. Still gives me shivers just running through the song in my mind.
Reflecting on the making of "Born to Run," in 2009, Bruce told James Henke, “The sound I heard in my head was not one that was physically reproducible.” Undeterred, he took six months to record the title track — and guided Clarence Clemons’ iconic solo on “Jungleland,” singing it phrase by phrase.

Diving into a math problem is like deep-sea diving. One has to disregard the entire outside-world for a time to devote the entirety of one's brain to the problem. I call it "going deep" as a means of telling others that I will be non-responsive for a spell.

I so get this great article!

I have to say: It is great to say that Fallout 2 is coming. It sucks to say that I have to wait until December to carry on with it.

A nice example of “inner” space, no?
If the three quarks in a hydrogen atom were each the size of a garden pea, the hydrogen atom would be 1000 miles across.

Hear, hear.
Mathematical intelligence is not about calculus or topology any more than musical intelligence is limited to a particular genre or instrument. It is a system for making us better thinkers and problem solvers, using the proven tools of mathematics. J. Mubeen, Mathematical Intelligence, 2022, p. 5.
