To the north of #Istanbul proper, there's a small settlement called Bahçeköy that's famous for a type of #böreği (or #burek) with minced meat and raisins. Throughout the rest of #Türkiye it's known as #Sarıyer böreği, after the larger district. Mmm mmm!
