Time navigation is difficult. The illusion of time begets the illusion of a threefold choice: Live in the past, the now, or the future.

I'm reading "Scattered All Over the Earth" by Yoko Tawada, who plays effortlessly with language and linguistics in a way that I can't get enough of—this particular aside reminded me of some of your writing on here.
