We harvested Pinot Meunier at the Saltwater Farm Vineyard last Friday, and on Sunday, Shaun and Brendan (and Sevvie!) took the ferry to Lopez Island and harvested Madeleine Angevine from Lopez Island Vineyards. ✨

Our harvest at Saltwater Farm Vineyard was small this year, on purpose. We are helping the vines put their energy into growing strong, so that next year we are ready to party. However, we did harvest a small crop this year so that we can make some island bubbles just for you 🥂
The Pinot Noir and Siegerrebe are going through veraison, which is the beginning of the grape ripening process. We have started to net the vineyard, to protect the grapes from wasps and birds - they will eat them immediately once ripe!
As the season shifts and harvest ramps up, the Local Blend becomes a household favorite. Barrel aged and crafted with apples from San Juan, Lopez and Shaw Island, this cider is bold, barrel aged and will help keep you warm with the shifting weather.
The perfect summer red ✨ Bright, fruit forward and light, perfect for August evenings. The Camas is our carbonic blend of Syrah and Cinsaut, fermented and aged in stainless steel.
