This is my neighbour's balcony. It faces east and gets morning sun only and he choses to grow things on it. Mine faces north and I chose not to have the full summer sun kill plants.

A heritage listed building in The Rocks, Sydney, of the Victorian/Federation Free Classical style. Originally constructed as The Oswald Bond Store in 1892, the building was rebuilt as a wool store in 1903 after extensive fire damage and later converted to office premises in the late 1980s. The building has intricate architecture including sandstone detailing and brickwork facades. On top is a modern atrium, all glass and metal. The deck of the southern entrance to the Sydney Harbour Bridge is in the top left corner.
