alors la science derriere ça c'est que le pic de melatonine se fait en general vers 4h du mat, et la plupart du temps les doses de melatonine sont bcp trop elevées, du coup c'est comme si tu signalais à ton cerveau quand tu la prend qu'il est 4h du mat

c'est mieux d'en prendre entre 0.1 et 0.3mg
