I'm not gonna lie, I'm surprised with the traction Luna Lake is getting on my itch page, of course the traction was only super high in the first three days, but considering the project is STILL not in the search metadata, it's insane that many people saw the project. I'm glad.
I really like how he looks here.
Also, don't worry, the image is pixelated because this is a preview of the actual game in my editor. So it's quite small indeed :)

I've finally finished migrating to Linux. I'm still not 100% on Zorin OS, but Ubuntu didn't make me too happy on my laptop so I'll try it for a while. Now back to work :)

It was meant to be less detailed overall. I will focus on doing that. Whenever I write something that I notice is taking too much time to explain, I will create another datalog with information like this :)
Being sincere though, I do not think the description was bad, nor do I think it was too much. But I do know I lost a bit of time talking about the place in two days, so I trimmed it out :) The whole idea of the Datalog was to provide worldbuilding while the text
I thought it would be fun to show a bit of the route layout. The last one had around 26 dialogues, but I trimmed that down to 20. The reason? I made a whole Datalog about the apartment building with details of how it works and its layout. So I don't need to spend too much time talking about it now.

Working on the re-structuring of some routes to remove overly excessive descriptions that are not needed. :)

Only Enlarged text should enable "Fit Content" and grow the UI, the base text should keep the UI at its original size all the time.
This means that, besides cutting the fat on some heavy exposition on certain locations (such as Theo's apartment building, I will add a datalog explaining how the whole building works later on so if you're interested you can read that), I'm also making sure all text fits properly.
The new enlarged text in the VN actually changed a few things, first I decided to tune up the base text size from 22 to 24, and the enlarged to 28. It looks like little, but 28 is insanely big if compared to 24, and 24 is big enough for text to go out of bounds.
SO I'm refactoring all available days

The game HAS a datalog feature, and the parts where the datalog is updated, I will keep mostly the same unless they are too big for no reason. Anyway, this will take a while; there's a LOT of text in the game. But I see the point, so I'm gonna fix it. :)
Now, it seems some people (for now two, but I see the point) have mentioned that my text is too descriptive, so I will comb through the first three days to check what parts I spent too long describing the scene and trim that fat out.
I will maintain things that I feel are important for the plot.
Build 0.2.0 has some new features added to it. Here are some of them:

Faster Text Speed: Level 5 is now super fast.
Enlarge Text Feature: Enlarges the text from 22PT to 28PT.

This creates the issue of text going out of bounds, so the dialog box fits the text! :)

The first set of expressions for Theo is now in the game, and I'm just checking for issues during all currently available days.
Once it's done, build 0.1.9 will be properly exported, added to git for versioning, and the build will be posted on itch.io
