While I'm taking a legends za break, I'm getting a bit of a classic Pokémon fix by starting the first Pokémon Ranger game.
I've never played the series before and a friend recently gifted me a copy of his from years ago, and so far the game's fun! Different, but fun.

A post like this shouldn't be made, but I'm 21 going on 22 and trying REALLY hard to act like a functionable human being who's doing his best to grow up. I may be Gen Z, but I don't really act like it.
In a world where gaming has become a complicated mess, I just want to enjoy what I like.

When I play a game, my opinion on it should be mine alone. Not an opinion someone else is trying to shove on me. And so what if I don't play every single new game that comes out? As long as it's available to me and *I* want to play it, I'll, well... play it.

I've had to steadily change my mindset on gaming so that I don't get sucked into the constant negativity and toxicity that it has become lately.

I only play what I'm interested in.
While I will have nitpicks, I don't just go looking for negatives.
And I don't let others opinions get to me.

Still waiting on my next shiny hunt in Legends ZA and the game decided to be funny and hand me another shiny Pidgey after finding one during my last hunt lmao
(this'll be the last ZA post I make for a bit, doing a few more things and then heading back to xenoblade 3)

Did some weekly volunteer work at my local library and witnessed an 8th grader who was part of a field trip get injured and sent to the hospital today.
I didn't see what happened, but it's probably for the best I didn't.
