maybe i’m being dramatic but there really is something you just can’t erase from one of your early pokemon games

a fondness that can’t erase. i used to scorn gen 6 as a whole like everyone else when i got older, before just tolerating it, and now ?? this game revitalized a forgotten adoration

i was really worried about how i’d feel about this game, but this game rekindled an appreciation i never really remembered for kalos.

so many memories i forgot about being 10 years old playing xy for the first time flooded back, and it felt like this was the lost chapter to the end of a book

i finished z-a and. wow

i have to say it’s among my top 3 favorites in the series, genuinely. the characters did everything for me, the real time combat was just a bonus

and the ending was so fun, into nostalgic credits. i can’t give much away, but it left me tearing up
