Yeah

I've made progress with my therapist but it's been slow

I've done and said things out of paranoia and out of fear of abandonment and have pushed some friends away

Still, all I can do is take accountability and forge forward and continue working on myself to be the best version I can be

Having a convo once more with my coworker Fredis:

I don't think you should substitute FB/IG/TikTok relationship reels as a form of therapy or use it as an excuse not to see a therapist

I'll admit, some of those videos make good points but it's in no way a valid substitute

I surprised my partner in bed this morning with homemade buttermilk pancakes and chilaquiles

First time making pancakes from scratch and they were delicious 😋

No one had ever brought them breakfast in bed and they were incredibly happy 😊
