BTW can agents ever learn from Trunk-Based-Development and the Elephant Carpaccio exercise?
A challenge of ChOP (Chat-oriented Programming) as Andrej Karpathy put it, is to keep agents on the leash (the bottleneck is the code review).

Vibe Coding leads to a different bottleneck, merge conflicts

ADOPTION STRATEGY

That data breach is still ongoing on the 15th Sept 2025.

The hacker has clear access to the booking dates, hotel, and the customer's phone number.

No comms to customers - it is shameful of Booking.com

What smart depts & orgs do instead?
============================

- give teams the mandate/authority o continuously try new/emerging tools/models
-ask everyone to experiment to evolve/revolutionise the org's ways of working
- organise systematic knowledge exchange of learning/discoveries
What same old mistakes?
===================

-Premature convergence on tooling/models in a quickly changing/evolving field
-Obsession with best practices/standards from above, where the best in the game are still experimenting/learning
-And the same old scam of meaningless Certifications
The illusion that learning can be conscripted & experience can be bought instead of lived, has left many at the starting block

So during this new AI revolution many orgs repat many of the same mistakes

What I’ve learned so far while coding with an LLM genie:

What's working for me

A) 1 goal => 1 chat => 1 one commit
B) Feedback beats "perfect" prompting
C) 3 strikes => switch model
D) My scratchpad > the LLM’s plan
E) Keystone question > roleplay
F) Follow my lead
