Yeah, I write for myself. But I also write because I want to hopefully one day give someone the same feeling I have when reading Lord of the Rings, A Song of Ice and Fire, Berserk, One Piece. Things that give me life. Even just giving a fraction of that feeling to someone else would be worth it.

On the one hand, I feel really bad about the big snowstorm we got ruining a friend's big birthday plans tonight, but on the other hand, holing up inside like bears in a cave just chilling at home is hitting real nice.
Occasionally peeking outside, seeing all the snow, is a certain kind of magic.

What I'm thankful for is having had two mornings in a row where I churned out two absolute BANGER chapters to end Part 2 of SiaC. It's so rare for me to scrounge up enough focus for more than a page at a time, so this is big.
