I joined the "human banner" at San Francisco's Ocean Beach. This flag was at the center. It was a gorgeous day with enormous waves. #nokings

This is the human banner from the air. It's sign made from masses of people standing together to form letters. It reads "No Kings Yes on 50." There is an American flag in the middle and a thick border around the banner. (Prop 50 is a California state proposition to gerrymander the state to create more blue districts, in order to combat the Texas law that gerrymanders their state to create more red districts.)

Regardless of working status, how much you do or don’t make, or age, I think everyone should be able to use health services they need without feeling like they have to weigh the financial impacts against the potential health risks ❤️

Vyx & I are currently in the ER for our daughter & it is a relief that we CAN go and do all the different tests she needs because of Medicaid. It’s probably going to be an overnight stay, too. But without it (or if it were a crisis for us adults) we’d be scared to go to the hospital due to cost 💔
