yeah it’s getting to a point where she needs to clarify bc some of these theories, while they’re unhinged, are gaining a lot of traction. it’s gone from lower level “trad wife” behaviour to full on people thinking she’s a nazi sympathiser. there’s like 3 songs on that album they’re using against her

omg i’ll literally take any suggestions, my dietician will probs work some stuff out for me when i see her but it’s already hard enough bc i try to be vegan. it’s a little harder being in recovery so if i need to eat animal products like yoghurt then i will but it makes meals that little bit harder.

thanks for the tips, i have to have this appointment with my dietician now bc i’m on a meal plan so that means i have to work out how to change it. i already get stressed enough as it is with food so this is just another headache to add. i didn’t eat bread or anything like that for a long time

i went to the doctor and apparently i might be gluten intolerant?! they’re gonna test for coeliac disease apparently bc i keep having the same symptoms every time i eat certain foods. 🙃
