Actually flabbergasted that someone typed this out on Pinterest, hit send, and had 83 people in the comments agreeing with them.

Adam deserved SO much better. I mean, think about it, he lost his first wife, and then Lucifer tricked his second, so he probably lost her too. TO THE SAME PERSON. "But Lilith!" They probably made Adam believe he was the most important thing ever so it's not his fault, maybe he was a bad part er, but Lucifer and Lilith could've just left Adam and Eve alone, but they didn't, I mean they literally ruined his entire life, and he was probably an asshole because he was abandoned multiple times. Anyways Adam defender until I die.

this is coming from a val fan as well (me), yes, I love the Vees. But they aren't good people.
The love potion is also shown to be similar to a roofie, as in episode 4 one of the shark demons literally try drug angel's drink with it.
