Apparently it’s a crime to remind military members to follow the law and refuse illegal orders (something that it is ingrained in basic) and the pentagon can recall you into the service to discipline you. However, the pentagon will not prosecute you for dodging the draft five times.

It should be illegal for companies to conduct layoffs during Q4 just so they can juice up the numbers and claim they are “profitable.”

I get that layoffs have to happen, but it’s cruel that they seem to always happen during the time of the year where people need money the most.
