The government would reopen tomorrow if Trump would agree to extend the enhanced Affordable Care Act subsidies that millions of AMERICANS (mostly in Republican-led states) rely on for health care.

A one-year extension would cost less than he just gave Argentina.

The senate has been working, so this is not about the shutdown.
